My little Charlie decided to lend me a visit while I took some shots. He was so excited to sit beside me and be the star. What a cutie.

A couple months back I signed up for Netflix.
Best and worst decision ever.

Basically I spend my free time binging on movies, documentaries and awesome TV shows. I started watching Suits a couple weeks back, and just finished all the episodes that Netflix had uploaded. The most annoying part? They didn't even upload the entire second season. Just the first 10 episodes. Now what do I do?

I love Netflix, I really do. But c'mon! Why keep that from me?!
Mostly I just wanna watch guys in suits, not gunna lie...

Hi again. It's been a while. 

I'm used to having posts saved up for busy times, such as the past few weeks. Instead, I blew through my few "back-ups" and now I've got nothing. That's why it's been quiet around here. 

I know I've mentioned this before, but it's been hard to get the time to blog as much as I would like to. Now that I'm starting my new job, I'm working minimum 10-hour days. Factor in bus rides and I'm away for 12+ hours a day. When I get home, I just want to veg. I'd like to work blogging back into my schedule, but when it feels like a chore I don't want to make time for it. 

I know I've said this before, but I'll say it again. It'll just be sporadic around here, at least until I figure out the balance that I need in this life.

Although it's been unseasonably warm, I'm still trying to take advantage of the fact it's fall. See: scarf and sweater. But not boots. It's not cold enough for boots yet.

Don't get me wrong, I love boots. I just know the next 5 months will be boots-only and soon I'm going to be sofreakingtired of boots. I dunno about you, but I don't particularly want to extend their stay.

So for now, my feet get to breath in flats and my Toms. Until it gets too cold. Then I'll have to surrender to boots. I guess...

But seriously, the weather? What is UP? We're probably 30 degrees tomorrow in Ottawa again, while the mornings have been about 5 degrees. UM HELLO. What am I supposed to wear that transitions 25 degrees in 12 hours?! :JGOIEWJLFKWEFMWE:JF

It's beyond frustrating to get dressed for work sometimes.

Booed by a bouncer.

I wore this outfit probably a month ago (shhh) with a couple of girlfriends. The best late-evening appetizers outfit. Not so great for dancing later. None of us were prepared to go out dancing. As we passed a bar on our way home, a bouncer called out to us to join the only two men in the bar on the dance floor. We turned the offer down, and then got booed. For serious. Booed by a bouncer.

I still blame the outfit. It wasn't meant for dancing.

Thank you, sun-glare, for taking the purple out of my blazer. Just imagine the purple blazer. It was one of my recent Aritzia purchases from that time I went and blew my budget x2.

Sweater fever.

My fashion inspiration has been suffering. I feel like I'm in this stage where all I want to do is wear sweats and not care. I think it's the exams. Hence why I tried to dress up a sweater in this outfit. Not quite sure if it really worked:

Sorry for the lack of outfit posts recently. Like I explained above, I blame exams. I'll be free the 21st... SO SOON!  I promise you there will be some wonderful outfit posts coming to you in the near future - especially when I get my new camera(!!!)
