My "Come-home-and-go-shopping" Outfit

I came home from work and wanted to get out of the corporate-wear. I also wanted to go somewhere I hadn't been in weeks...the mall. I know, it's incredible. I haven't bought anything in so long, and I'm pretty proud of myself. But I decided to go today for exercise. Don't judge, the mall is a great way to walk around without getting bored. I was there a good 2 hours! .. Am I the only one that does this? Probably...

Shirt & Sandals from F21; Pants from AE (diy); Bracelet from Dynamite; Purse was thrifted

Of course I had to wear something comfortable. The sandals were a given because it was so warm out. The jeans were the perfect opposite from dress pants, and the shirt was breezy but comfortable.

For the record, my shopping trip was pretty successful! I bought a new wallet (which I really needed), necklace, and belt (30% off) - all for under $40.  And I'm going to try and last the rest of the month without buying anything else :)

By the way, nice choice in glasses - I think we have the same ones.

  2. Sorry I haven't stopped by in a while to comment--I promise I've still been looking at your fabulous outfits.
I recently made my first trip in a couple of weeks to the mall (Yea, let's say it was "exercise"...Can't forget lifting those heavy bags! :) and came away with a few great purchases too. However, I definitely didn't look as cute as you do here! I love the destroyed jeans and gladiator sandals, it's so effortlessly stylish.

  5. Mall-hopping = my favorite pastime! If only the nearest mall wasn't 70 miles away, and a baby mall at that. :( You looked cute and comfy in your sandals and jeans! I gotta get me a pair o' them gladiators... grrr... :)

  7. Believe you me, if I had a mall within 50 miles (which I don't), I would go there for exercise and stress release. I am with you!

  8. Thanks for everyone's wonderful comments :) It's great to hear I'm not the only one that visits malls for exercise!

@Jen - House of Jeffers: I went about 30 days. I bought an iPhone and decided it would be best, financially, to lay off the spending for a bit. :)
