Turtlenecks. I have never been particularly fond of them, but this one is a winner in my books. Whatever material it's made of is so warm. I don't even need a sweater! That never happens to me, so when it does, I need to tell everybody.
I don't know why turtlenecks aren't my favourite... I guess I just don't really know how to style them? It shouldn't be too hard but I guess the long neck stumps me a little.
Do you guys like turtlenecks? How do you wear them?

Love this belted scarf look! You look so chic, Kelly! And you've reminded me I need to get a leopard scarf. :)
ReplyDeleteI used to wear turtlenecks and then I realized I hated how they felt on my neck, too confining for me! But they are probably perfect for Canadian winters!

PS Running a necklace giveaway on my blog today!
Loved the way you styled the turtleneck!
ReplyDeleteI am not a huge fan of turtle necks either lol, mostly because I find they itch my neck or make me feel clastrophobic a little bit. You look so good in all black and I like the scarf. It adds a very edgy touch to the outfit.

Elaine at Clothed Much is doing a feature today on how to wear turtlenecks if you are interested. For me, I love this outfit on you, especially the scarf!
ReplyDeleteThanks!! I'll have to check it out :)
DeleteI like to layer mine under other shirts/sweaters/what have you. Maybe a bit of a cop-out, but oh well. Also, you look so chic in this outfit! Love the all-black/leopard print combo.
ReplyDeleteI totally have a hard time with turtlenecks, too. I love how you paired it with the belted scarf!

lace, etc.
Turtlenecks ARE hard. I have several and always struggle with them.
ReplyDeleteBut you totally rock it, and the belted scarf is such a perfect addition.

Being claustrophobic, turtlenecks have never been my friend. This year I decided to give them a try and I pretty much live in them, especially in this Canadian cold. I throw on a pair of light washed jeans and a turtleneck and I'm good to go :)
ReplyDeletePS. You are one classy lady..love the animal print scarf!

On the one hand, I like turtlenecks because they look so chic, but on the other hand...I don't like to feel like I'm choking! It's a toss-up!
ReplyDeleteI love the belt over the scarf! I need to try that!
