Photo dilemmas.

Dynamite top; H&M pants; Spring shoes; Forever 21 necklace

I didn't realize how long the grass was until I saw these pictures played back. I didn't want to take pictures on the road today because my annoying neighbour across the street was mowing his lawn.  More specifically, the part that reaches the street. I'm pretty sure he knows when I take outfit photos and plans his mowing around it, because this is the 2nd time that's happened this week... I mean, I would probably be curious too if my neighbour came outside every day with a camera & tripod, took a few pictures of herself, and then went back inside. If I wasn't exposed to the world of style blogging, I would be 110% confused and curious.

Oh the fun dilemmas us style bloggers face...

  1. I feel like my neighbors are really confused by the photo shoots happening in the courtyard of my apartment. I also hate when the grass obscures the view of my awesome shoes.

  2. Haha I have the same problems with my neighbors - we share a balcony so I always get weird looks when I'm out there with just myself and my tripod! :) great color combo in this outfit, I really like the bright pop of color from the shoes!

  3. lol IDK where I'm going to take pictures once we move. I thought of this earlier and had no idea, because I realized that non-bloggers just don't get it.

  4. I have a neighbor who's sometimes outside, watering her garden, when I'm taking photos. At first I was really embarrassed, but then I realized she walks around her garden barefoot with really dirty feet and goes back inside without washing/wiping them down, so really she can't judge me for being weird ;)

  5. I loooove your hot pink heels! Haha, that must be so annoying that he has to mow right when you're taking photos. I actually prefer taking photos in more public places because then I'm less likely to have someone I know see me and wonder what the hell I'm doing.

  7. If my husband doesn't take my outfit pictures than I take them in my driveway using my recycle bin as a make shift tripod. Numerous times my neighbors have walked outside and seen me standing in front of my recycle bin with my camera on top of it. Honestly. They must think I am reallly weird.

  8. I often wonder wat people think about me too... I mean, it must be SO weird to see someone take pictures of herself. Haha. I love your wrapped tunic over these cropped pants Kelly :) and those pink heels add just the right amount of colour. Love it! x

  9. Ok, those shoes..... I LOVE THEM!!!

Also, we live on the end of our street (the busy end) and EVERYONE slows wayyyyy down and watches me taking outfit pics. Hahahaha! Luckily my husband is always the one behind the camera, so that might make it a little less confusing, but probs not. Hahahaha.

    1. Agreed - when someone else is taking the pictures it looks like you're just taking some nice pictures outside. At least that's what you can tell yourself ;)
