Here are some of the awkward ones people have used recently, and in doing so, came across my blog:
Leather glove cuties: Last winter I had a series about what to wear during Canadian winters. In my "on your hands" post, I wrote about my favourite leather gloves and how they were a necessity. But this is just creepy, and I'm sure this person did not find what they were looking for.
Style men's wedge boot: well, I've never worn or styled a men's wedge boot. I don't even think I've ever seen a men's wedge boot. Good luck finding out how to style it :)
Very pale legs: Yes, whoever you are, you found someone with very pale legs. Now, why were you searching very pale legs? Either you need reassurance you're not the only one with ghostly thighs, or ... nah, don't want to think about it anymore.
Do you notice any weird search-words that lead people to your blog?
hahaha those are awesome!! I've definitely had a few bizarre search terms that make me scratch my head. But, they're good for a laugh.
ReplyDeleteLove your blouse - it works so well with the oxblood pants!

Thanks! And yes - I sometimes often wonder what page they were brought to with the keywords too... Like, where did I write that? Ya know??
DeleteHaha those made me laugh! I've had a bunch of creepy ones too and it really makes you wonder about the people doing those searches.
ReplyDeleteI love those burgundy pants with your super cute boots!

Thanks! And yes - you don't know why they wrote it, just that they PROBABLY did not find what they were looking for when they came across your blog.
DeleteHaha! I love the very pale legs thing. I need to check mine out.
ReplyDeleteYou definitely should! It's good for a laugh.
DeleteI have a lot of (lets call them) X-rated ones. Good to know ginger girls are attractive I guess, haha. Some truely creep me out! I also have "pale skin" in mine :) x
ReplyDeleteOh wow! Well there ya go ;) Us pale-skinned girls totally rock, apparently!
Deletehaha! these are hilarious! and your purple pants are quite awesome!

Thank you!
DeleteHaha! This really made me laugh. I've had some pretty random things show up, but someone found CC by searching "blonde woman from the East Coast." It was ironic, since I'm a brunette who lives in the Pacific NW.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I really adore this outfit. The colored skinny pants and booties are super adorable together. I'll have to keep that combo in mind for future inspiration!

Oh you wait, one day I'm sure you'll come across some. ;)
DeleteNew follower here from Alyx's blog! I like your style, and your hair! I can never seem to let mine get that long.
ReplyDeleteI love seeing what search words lead people to my blog! I think the weirdest one I ever got was 'Bradley Cooper hair transplant'. LOL. Although, very pale legs would apply to me, too. :o)
Thanks for stopping by! :)
DeleteThat's hilarious, "bradley cooper hair transplant"... That is SO bizarre! Whatever search engine these people use definitely needs to be improved a bit ;)
I laughed sooo hard reading this post! Those are the strangest search phrases/words ever! BTW - love this outfit! And loving those skinnies!
ReplyDeleteThe weirdest one I've had yet is the phrase "the back is fairly horrific." I don't even know what that phrase means, let alone how it led anyone to my blog, but it's sort of hilarious!
