Ombre.

Guys, guys, guys....

I'm thinking of going ombre for spring/summer.
Thoughts? Insight?

  1. DO IT! I loved (and miss) having ombré hair. It screams summer to me. So much fun!

    1. Well I've gotta let me demi-permanent colour fade a little more. My natural colour actually has a natural blonde-ish undertone. So I'd go with a blonde shade that will pair well with that. I don't want it to be too craz-intense either. I love how the colours fade in the third picture here.

  3. Do it. If in doubt, reread the list about your 20s ;)
But I agree with the comment above about getting the colour right....personally I prefer a more gradual degrade to a harsh, dip-dyed look.

    1. Good point! And no harsh dip-dye look hopefully, I like more gradual too.

  4. I love it! You've got such long, gorgeous hair it would look lovely! But make sure you have a good hairdresser who knows what they're doing! I thought I'd save a bit of money and went to a cheap hairdresser for Attempt #1 - and my hair is still damaged :(

  6. I think you could definitely pull it off! But I agree with the above comments, definitely don't do it at home and definitely find a colorist you trust. That shiz can go awry like *that*!

  7. do it!! Ombre hair is awesome! Definitely go to a professional, I tried to be cheap and do it myself a while ago and my ends are still SO damaged because of it.
