That time I went to paradise.

Last weekend I joined my friend and her family at a cottage they were renting. Three days of perfect weather, sunshine, beach and friends? YES PLEASE. Here's a snapshot of what we did.

 And every single day was finished with a beautiful sunset over the water. Each sky was better than the previous, and of course I had to take pictures of them all.

Beach weekend.

This weekend a couple girlfriends & I had planned to go to the beach. With a thunderstorm in the forecast all week, we didn't move forward with any concrete plans. Saturday morning, I made the last minute decision to go by myself. My mom and pup tagged along, and it ended up being a pretty great day. Above 30C, overcast with sunny periods, and a lovely breeze coming off the lake. No thunderstorms until we got home.

A weekend re-cap.

It's the Victoria Day long weekend here in the Great White North. We've been experiencing some amazingly warm temperatures in the area, which has led to an awesome weekend. Today's a holiday, which means I'm on "vacation", so I'm not going to write anymore than this. Instead, I'll leave you with some photos of my weekend.
