BEHIND THE SCENES.

A few weekends ago, some awesome ladies got together and pumped out some video footage for Castellammare Jewellery.

Besides selling their fabulous pieces, Castellammare's website is slowly turning into an educational and advice-filled destination to learn more about the jewellery you buy. Don't know how to layer necklaces? Watch this video. Not sure what length of necklace to buy? Check out this post.

It's today!!!

Finally the day has come!

I have been working with someone who has become a wonderful friend over the last few months. I'm sure you've seen me talk about Castellammare Jewellery before, right? Well the founder lives in Ottawa, just like me, and she's re-launching her brand with her own website! I've been helping out in a few little ways, but it's made me so excited that I have to share.

She's celebrating the re-launch by adding new pieces to her shop, some seen here. I am modelling a customized bangle stack, her tassel necklace, and her black-metal "ball" necklace. But, what's totally awesome is that she's introduced a TONNE of rose gold pieces! Check it. I swear you won't be disappointed. 

Also, if you head on over to her new site, Castellammare Jewellery, you will probably see pictures of my neck. What a nice neck, right? It's pretty cute. 

OH! and I almost forgot. She's got STELLAR door crasher events going on. From today until Sunday, there will be a featured piece for 50% off the regular sell price. Check back daily 'cause they're all are really good.

What I did this weekend!

Although last weekend wasn't perfect weather, if you were enjoying the Tulip Festival in Ottawa, you had the opportunity to check out The BULB (an art/craft show) at City Hall. Guess where I was? You'll never guess.

I was there with Marianna of Castellammare Designs! She was selling her gorgeous jewellery and asked if I wanted to help her. Of COURSE I said yes. We had never met before but had sent emails back and forth a few times. I was glad to see she was just as awesome in person - she's a total sweetheart with a serious passion for jewellery making.

These are some of my favourite necklaces - her pendants are so pretty.

All of her jewellery is so delicate and fragile, but she makes quality her top priority. I've got a couple of necklaces from her, and after almost a year, they're still in pretty perfect condition!
